Jansen and I brought our babydoll to East Coast Park today for her first swim. Jannie loves swimming and chasing after the waves, in addition she seems to like to eat sand. She swam and ran so much that we rewarded her with half a cup of New Zealand's Natural Ice Cream, she'll probably only get that treat once a month.

Jannie knocked out straight after she had her bath, you can imagine how tired she was, but I bet she had fun today. Enjoy her pictures =)

Meet the sweet looking Lisa-chan. Lisa is my cousin's daughter. She's a Japanese who speaks english with an American accent. That is because my cousin sends her to an International School in Japan. Lisa really knows how to give quick and witty replies to questions and she's only 5 years old! She eats more than I do, that girl really has an hearty appetite. We had lunch at the Crystal Jade Palace Restuarant at Takashimaya yesterday, I haven't stepped into that restaurant for quite a while. Mummy used to bring me there on a weekly basis when I was a child, really miss my childhood days.

Anyway, back to Lisa. The word 'chan' is used as an informal version of 'san' when it is used to address children or female family members. Lisa doesn't have a japanese name like those you see on television, that is because my cousin decided to give her an english one.

Just a peak into my family tree. On my Dad's side, My Great-Grandfather had 2 wives and I belong to the family of his 2nd wife. My granfather then had 4 wives, my grandmother is his 3rd wife. My grandmother then gave birth to 3 children, the youngest is my Dad. So I do have alot of step grans/aunts/uncles/cousins. As for my Mum, whose a Japanese mix Taiwanese, my Grandfather there had two wives who gave him a total of 9 children. You can imagine the number of cousins I have on my Mother's side. Well coming from a huge family, the sad thing is none of them are in Singapore. They are in Japan, Taiwan, Australia, USA and Europe. You can imagine how lonely I get when it comes to Chinese New Year. Anyway, so that makes Lisa a mix Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean. Well, Korean is because Lisa's Dad belongs to the 2nd generation of Koreans who were born in Japan.

I can't wait for Saturday as Lisa is coming to my house for Steamboat dinner (Taiwanese Style), also known as 'Mala Huoguo'.

I simply love her. You gave me such a wonderful time back then at STC, I miss our weekly clubbing nights to MOS, I miss bitching while having coffee, I miss me getting high and you babysitting me while I ask for jam. You were always there to lend me your shoulders or a listening ear.

In short, Im blessed to have a friend like my Smelly Mellie Belly =)

My reply to the webmaster

StephieNikki here, I used another account SOLELY to PERSONALLY send you a private message. I may not have the authority but I have to say this. I find that it is gelastic that you've banned me solely because I asked SOME WESTIE owners to join a newly set up Westie club. Firstly, I don't see any harm in asking them to go over as they are Westie outings there. I did these through private messages. I don't think by doing this, I am causing any flippancy. And the example you give about banks is way too extreme as we know this does not happen in society but it happens behind the scenes and this is what society calls competitiveness. I for one am not competing or disputing. Secondly, I did not receive warning, so I would appreciate if you won't be so spurious in your post. Its counterfactual. You should be looking at people who send private messages to each other about spamming or breeding or anything that would bring harm to animals, not something over paltry issues like this. Utopias doesn't happen is real life so stop trying to create one. No money is being involved here so I don't see any reason.

Brought my beloved girl for her full grooming today, I actually wanted it ont he 13th but Jansen could not take her looking like a white furball =(

At Vivocity, there was a huge argument between a group of teenagers and a Chinese American Expat family. A number of people witnessed the argument and I really admired the daughter and the mother of the expat family. The daughter actually pulled this teenager's hair, called her a bitch and her mother was like 'KICK HER! JUST THROW $50 AT HER LATER FOR FACIAL!'. I was seriously laughing so hard, I swear i wanted to pee. But to me, it was the teenagers' fault, they played with the volleyball, the ball hit the mother's head and instead of giving her an apology, they ran. So the mother stopped one of them and guess what, they shouted at the family and wanted to box the father! Their daughter was so fired up, I swear if the situation had gotten any worse, she would have kicked the girl. Anyway, i wish those teenagers the best of luck as the family wants to sue them and bring this up to authority.

I am so ashamed so be a Singaporean at times, my generation has really put Singapore to shame. Yes, we do have brains but our culture? At least if we fight for a reason like skin colour, it makes sense, but we're get intol petty little fights? Shameful! My generation is only good for a few things, namely complain and get physical. If we carry on like this, I don't think we can go far. Now you see why the brainy ones choose to study overseas...

Brought Jannie for her final follow-up today. Received wonderful new from Dr. Cheryl, Jannie fully recovered! Jansen and I were really happy! At the vet today, Jannie met a cat named 'Jason Bourne'! What a sweet looking cat, Jannie went near it but it hissed at Jannie but i allowed Jannie to explore further, in the end the cat almost scratched Jannie. Haha! I think my silly girl should have learnt her lesson. Jannie also ALMOST got humped by Dr. Cheryl's Bull Terrier, Joey was showing Jannie whose boss today, it was rather scary, this is the first time I've seen Joey acting in this manner. Jansen had to quickly pick up Jannie. After her consultation, Jannie head to the groomers to get my nails cut and for tooth brushing.

Meanwhile, Jansen and I went to grab lunch, that fella actually knew what I wanted for lunch. Sometimes I really do find him sweet but sometimes I really get so frustrated and annoyerd with him that I feel like throwing him down the chute. After that we went down to Sim Lim Square to have a look at a couple of gadgets. My silly silly baby actually could resist from buying himself any gadgets today, did I mention that Jansen actually spent 3000+++ on fixing his own computer? While we were walking, we discussed something rather interesting, something about business we might start, its a risk, but Im not going to mention it here, haha its a secret and Im selfish, so beat it haha =)

We went to pick Jannie up and then we wanted to head home, but then we stopped by Spectacle Hut at Habourfront and ended buying a Gucci glasses and a Guess shade which Im converting into glasses. The Gucci one for him and the Guess one for me =)

I would like so side track a little. I've never been so lost, so aimless, living by a daily basis, this is just NOT me. I want my OLD me back, yet I simply can't find her. I've been wasting these months away, I need a wake up call, I need my friends, yet I can't find them. I feel like breaking down, family issues are driving me crazy, my relationship is driving me mad.

I miss the girl I used to be, a nerd during the day, a party animal at night, yet i still get my grades. Where is she? Where is that girl with the big dreams? I can't find her within me. I miss that Shopaholic, that girl who had a pattern in life. I look in the mirror and I see someone so different. Where is that girl who gets bored of town easily? Where is that girl who visits her friends when they're working? Where is she?

And then there's you!!! You actually bring yourself so low to help me? I don't want that! I rather I help myself! You ask me to TRUST you, do you know the definiton of TRUST? I don't think you know. I TRUSTED you and you proved my intuition right. Asking me to trust you again? Its suicide, you think giving up your friends, giving clubbing is ENOUGH is make up for what you did? It NOT. Even if you GIVE UP YOUR LIFE, you CAN'T turn back time! You can't change what you did. I do not what happened to you in the past and you don't know mine, so DON'T ACT LIKE YOU KNOW! Stop saying that I was born with a golden spoon! Just because I once lived in Third Ave and Orchard Rd and then back to Bukit Timah and now here, don't judge me! I am not your average rich, childish, spoilt brat! Now you made the situation worse, now she would think that you like her, SEE WHAT YOU'VE DONE! If there's ever a third party, YOU SETTLE IT! And if you don't, IM THROWING YOUR THINGS OUT OF MY HOUSE!
