Brought my babydoll to consult a specialist (Dr Edmund Daubaras) today, I was actaully referred to him by Jannie's initial vet. For those reading my blog, he's not Indian although his surname sounds a little hindi, he's Australian. I love his sardonic jokes to his poor intern, his character reminds me a little of my JC Civics Tutor. Jannie did her X-rays today, and here's the joke, SHE HAS TWO MICRO CHIPS! My poor girl, she probably went through twice the pain, god knows what the breeder did to her when she was in Australia.

Jannie is currently diagnosed with Tracheobronchitis which is also known as Kennel Cough and slight Pneumonia. The medical fees today was practically HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Its equivalent to me consulting one of Singapore's top Ophthalmologists. But well the hundreds i've spent so far is worth it. I can give up my monthly bikini waxing, shopping, hairstyling, fancy restaurants, clubbing and chilling all for my little one. I do not need to live in a mundane world, although I've spent like I don't know how many hundreds of USD on online shopping haha, but its all for Jannie.

Rather nervous for Monday though, her lab results are coming out (hopefully), i wonder what they've cultured. Dropped off her X rays at Dr Cherly's after Jannie's consultation with Dr Edmund. Found out one more thing Jannie hates, that is X-RAYS! They didn't sedate her today, so I actually wasted my effort on fasting her. But well, at least I detoxified her body. I wanted to get another Westie but with Jannie's condition, I probably have to wait. So I made it up to her by cooking her favourite BEEF LOAF! I wanted to use 50g of minced beef but i ended up using 100g, i added more raddish though, beef is quite heaty so i used raddish to cool it down. My lovely little girl wolfed it straight down. I was quite lucky though, when i was walking around Vivocity, some dog owners came up to Jannie and kept commenting on how pretty and how adorable and sweet she is, I think all the attention got her all peppy and perky again.

My December is probably gone, I would not be able to hang out often, but well it doesn't really bother me, suppose to head up to Hong Kong and Macau but well Jansen and I decided to give it up for Jannie, we'll probably not leave her until she reaches to an adult stage. So, I simply asked Jannie's Godmum whose going to HK to buy some clothes and other stuff for her. Till then, Im still trying to check with AVA on how to get a passport for her and the process of her going overseas.

Mummy is going to bring you to the best specialist there is in this country tomorrow, but sadly I have no choice but to fast you tonight. The vets still don't know your condition but we'll find out soon enough, Mummy will always be here for you, don't give up alright? Mummy knows that you're not feeling well and it hurts to see you trying to wag your tail and make me happy everyday. Mummy will always take care of you and I'll spend thousands of dollars on you if I have to. I'll never ever leave your side so please don't leave mine.

I forgot to bring my camera down today again so no pictures. I brought Jannie down to play with the Australian Pedigree Westie today, I call him SWISSROLL! They had so much fun. Swissroll kept jumping on Jannie while Jannie being nice for the FIRST TIME allowed another dog to bully her.

Reina treated my to Sake Sushi, it was really nice of her. I feel quite guilty as she got her pay today and she treated me to a meal. Next time it'll be my treat alright Reina?

I am going to hold a party on December 16th for Jannie, its going to be combined with this other Westie named Yuki. So we're expecting about 8 Westies and of course other breeds of dogs. I can't wait, but we're having a problem with deciding with the venue. Everyone finds Pawtobello a little boring now. Truthfully, I am starting to feel it kicking in, I bring Jannie down every week without fail and haha its getting boring, but still i would bring her there once a week. So dog run? Sentosa? Another cafe?

To side track, it came to my attention that there are some people who are rather magiloquent and to be honest i tend to condemn people who act all pompous. So please stop all of the window dressing and simply tell me what you're unhappy about. Using your past experience to put the blame on me is sadly a very spineless and lame-brained defense. Don't act all nice infront of me and then backbite me. I can read through your sardonic remarks, so don't be a coward and look back on old wounds. DON'T DOUBLE CROSS ME, you're taking a risk and you better find a contingency plan because i don't bite but i'll tear and shred you into many pieces. So stop being childish before you step on my tail.

Finally goodbye to Biogroom and hello Bobbi Panter. I finally bought the Bobbi Panter Shampoo for Jannie. It received really good ratings in the US. Emailed Bobbi Panter in Chicago to enquire a little more about their products before i bought it. They give really detailed answers in their reply, excellent customer service!

Brought Jannie down to the Petfuze fair today to meet Reina and Muffyne. Reina bought a little house for Muff and i bought the 'Eat Better Bowl' and another squeaky toy for Jannie. After that we went to Pawtobello again, while my dearest Jansen the Giraffe went to Sim Lim Sqaure to hunt for his XFX 8800 GT Alpha Dog Edition (Graphic Card), my hard core, gamer boyfriend wants 2 OF THOSE CARDS IN OUR CPU! Anyway, he finally found them after days and days of non stop search. Doesn't this show you how steadfast my dearest one is? Sometimes i really find him rather compelling and charming, i mean SOMETIMES, most of the time, he's simply acts like a block of wood. Really, a block of wood! He has a blank response in every on my comments.

Anyway, after Pawtobello, we sent Reina home and then we headed back and since its friday, Jannie had HCF. Made her Snapper Stew with Brown Rice today, that silly girl ate so fast that she burnt her tongue. So i gave her yoghurt and later ice water to cool her tongue. My two Jans really provides me with daily entertainment. They're one of the reasons why im still smiling despite all my problems im encountering this year. I simply love the both of you.

A pink mattress, a house and a purple doggie bone cushion

Popped by Reina's house again today. Jannie was rather upset today, maybe it was due to me leaving her at home for a few hours as i had to go to Sim Lim Square to get some computer parts with Jansen yesterday night. I couldn't bring her as it'll be really crowded and i didn't really want her to get stressed up. So when i mentioned Muffyne's name, her head pooped up so i decided to bring her over. As usual, those two little girls played and played and played. Muffyne, that smart puppy, stole Jannie's treats and used it to agitate her! Smart girl, i guess she's starting to figure out that my lil Jan is food orientated =)

Soon Reina, Rivlynn(her 8 year old sister) and I left for Suntec City to meet Jansen, we went to Petfuze as Jansen and I decided to get her a bed since we're giving her play pen to Reina. Somehow Jannie fell for the tent instead, she went in and sleep with the fake Shitz Tzu, she did that on Wednesday too when Reina and I went to Suntec City. So since she keeps on doing the same thing over and over again, we decided to get the tent instead, but to make the tent more comfortable for our baby, we added an extra mattress and a cushion. It costs Jansen $149 altogether. Reina also got a new bed for Muffyne, a sweet pink one, she got it at a very good price as it was the past piece and the owners are not bringing in this particular design anymore.

After that, we left for Carrefour as Jansen wanted to buy ingredients for dinner and i wanted to get a Red Snapper for Jannie. Reina was amused that my bf actually does grocery shopping, haha but the thing is my bf loves to cook, although he can be really lazt sometimes. Bought Rivlynn Ben and Jerry's, im totally in love with Rivlynn! I envy Reina for having such a pretty little sweet sister, Rivlynn is the youngest in the family and she's no spoilt brat. One more thing, Reina's maid sure can cook! Makes me miss my Kristina (Nanny) alot. She went back to the Philippines when i was JC 1 =(.

Anyway meeting Reina, Rivlynn and Muffyne again at Clark Quay tomorrow, bringing our lil ones to Pawtobello for dinner! Simply can't wait. Im feel so hopped up for tomorrow!

Mummy, we're tired already

Met Reina today, we brought our little ones out as they both had to go for their vaccinations. Jannie received her last one while Muffyne received her second. My gutsy and hardy Lil Jan didn't even make a sound during her vaccination! Im so proud of her, although she scolded the vet after her vaccination. My white chilli padi. Poor Muffyne screamed while she was receiving hers, but well Muffyne is a month younger than Jannie so well its understandable that she can't really take the pain.

Anyway, after the visit to the vet, Reina and i popped by Mother's Garden to look at some pet accessories. Reina bought a new Dog Carrier for Muffyne! Its really pretty, its silver and it looks like one of those Juicy bags =) I bought Jannie another 2 new toys to reward her for her spirit.

Soon after, we left for Reina's house, she stays in a really huge and beautiful house, its a spacious 3 story landed house, it has a Jacuzzi, a swing and a pretty Coy Pond at the front yard. I really like Reina, you would think that a girl like her would act like Paris Hilton but no, she's one realistic girl. Very down to earth. She doesn't splurge on high fashion products, doesn't desire them, buys only necessary items. She's only 18, but coming from a well to do family, she actually earns her own allowance! I met her Godmother today as well, she has a cute little baby boy named Connor whose British! Andof course i met the lovable Cookie, who growled and chased Jannie as that silly girl of mine was irritating her.

Muffyne and Jannie sure had fun today, they played for 4 hours but of course with breaks in between. Jannie is asleep now, im sure she'll be having really sweet dreams all thanks to Muffyne. Well i'll be meeting Reina again tomorrow! And our lil ones are coming along too. Im going to hit the sack now, have to wake up early to head to my faimly's lawyer tomorrow. =)

Oz and Jannie

Headed down to the West Coast dog run for a Westie gathering today. It was BOISTEROUS! Altogether there were 8 Westies! Namely, Angel, Oz, Piko, Skippy, Sparco, Tiffy, Yuki and Jannie! All the lovable white snow cones! The outing was a success! Everyone had so much fun together! But for some reason, Tiffy kept getting attacked by the other Westies and her tooth fell out today =( poor Tiffy. The Lamb Loaf Snuffy made was DELICIOUS! My greedy imp had two servings and after that she tried to lick the aluminum foil clean. It was a pity that Angel and Kaka were unable to join us today, im sure she would have fun if she did. There are too many pictures taken today, so i decided to upload my favourite, the picture above was taken by Snuffy's hubby. Don't they look like childhood sweethearts? =)

The Elizabethan Collar (E Collar). Yes, my poor little Jannie is wearing it. Her rashes are back and this time, its pretty bad. Her whole tummy and hind legs have rashes! Brought her to the vet today, Dr. Cheryl just came back from her vacation so its no more Dr. Cathy. Dr. Cheryl said that the cause for her rashes are due to her environmental factors, but i clean her everytime when she comes up from her walk. Well maybe it was something really nasty that got on Lil Jan. The vet wasn't the worse part, Jannie screamed and yelled at the groomers while she was getting her nails cut. I finally know one thing that she hates. Haha. Lil Jan was really angry, she actaully gripped onto Kingly's spectacle frame and swinged her head, the next thing i knew, Kingly's spectacle went flying and it dropped on the floor. My little terror...Well she's sleeping now, after crying and whining over her E collar when i put it on. Going to look for her bed this Saturday since i kept her play pen already. Anyone wants a free play pen? =)

Jansen and I head down to Pawtobello again! We're trying to keep our promise to our Lil girl. We actually wanted to just stay for the puppy's gathering but then before i left the house, Tiffy's father decided to hold a last minute mini Westie gathering! In the end, we stayed from 3pm-8+pm. Jannie had so much fun today. As usual, she bullied Facai, initially she didn't let Kaka in to play but soon after Jannie started chasing Kaka. Kaka is so adorable! He has HUGE ears! I really fell like biting them haha! Jannie went around looking for scraps and ended up in the Shitz Tsu corner, that devil bullied poor Dou Dou until he cried and as usual she continued. I had to pull my lil one away. The whole afternoon Jannie kept playing with Facai, she wouldn't give up, i lost the number of rounds they had with each other. But they were simply ADORABLE! I saw Kaka tilt his head and stick out his tongue!!! Its really cute!!! Jannie can't tilt her head while all the Westies can sighs.

Soon after, evening came and Tiffy and Skippy arrived with their parents. Oh man, they were so so so cute! Skippy is so big! Really nice to cuddle!!! Tiffy looks so demure and ladylike, unlike my naughty Jannie. Skippy that big joker, went around and finished all the dishes with beef! Haha! Nicole thinks that Skippy fell in love with Jannie, well cause Skippy...well i don't need to explain what dogs do yup. Haha! Im gald that my little one had fun today, she finally met her kind. She's was so tired when she got home, now she's sleeping soundly. Well im off to bed as well, got to handle that ball of nuclear energy when she wakes up!
